Hi, I'm Lara Pierre, MSW, RSW

I'm a Child and Family Psychotherapist, Certified Connected Parenting™ Practitioner, School Social Worker and Supervisor with nearly 20 years of experience supporting children, teens, and families.

I specialize in:

• Parent coaching – especially for early years and adolescence

• Family and individual therapy

• Training for educators and school teams

• Clinical supervision for therapists

• Public speaking and workshops for parents and caregivers

My work blends evidence-based strategies with empathy and real-life parenting experience. Whether you're dealing with toddler meltdowns, school struggles, or teen pushback, I help you build stronger, calmer connections with the kids in your care.

I'm also a School Social Worker, which gives me deep insight into the challenges children face in educational settings—and how parents and educators can best support them.

I also provide professional training for educators, deliver keynote talks and workshops for parents and caregivers, and offer clinical supervision for fellow therapists.

I'm registered with the OCSWSSW and a member of the Ontario Association of Social Workers. My services are covered by many extended health benefit plans.
